Mascarpone
Serrano
Sundried Tomatoes
Arugula

75 grams ( 70%)
250 grams

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate au bain marie.
  2. The cheese has to be creamy, so put it out of the fridge early. At the cheese to the chocolate not the other way around. Mix the chocolate witch the cheese. Cool it down.
  3. Make the sandwich. First the chocolate, then the ham and the tomatoes. Put the arugula on top
