  1. Cut the prok into cubes
  2. Put it in a bowl and mix all the spices  and 2 tbsp of olive oil together 
  3. Cover with foil and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, but anything up to 2 days is fine
  4. Take the meat out of the fridge
  5. Heat a little olive oil in the pan. 
  6. Fry the pork over high heat. Now that the crust is crispy turn to low heat and cook for 3-5 min.

Lemon juice
Salt and pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
  2. Heat the olive oil in the pan and cook the mushrooms cap-side down ( 3 minutes )
  3. Put the mushrooms in a cooking dish with the stalks facing up wards
  4. Mix in a bowl the butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and seasoning
  5. Put on every mushroom some butter and panko
  6. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven.

Minced meat ( beef )

Shawarma herbs
Sundried tomato tapenade
Parsley dried
Davory pie dough

  1. Thaw the dough and heat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Press the garlic
    Put a pan on the stove and heat it
  3. Put the chopped garlic, tapenade and the spices in the pan with the minced meat.
  4. Put 1/1.5 tablespoon of the minced meat on the dough. Fold the dough.
  5. Leave enough space between the empanadas on the baking sheet. They will grow in the oven. 
  6. Bake 15 minutes.
